The operator of the www.aboutholds.com and www.about-holds.com websites (hereinafter referred to as the "website")and the administrator of personal data is CLIMBING ARCHITECTS s.r.o. with its registered office at Liberecká 480/104, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou, IČO: 09526145, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem under file no. ref. C 45909 (hereinafter referred to as "CLIMBING ARCHITECTS" or “we”.

CLIMBING ARCHITECTS places great emphasis on protecting the privacy of all visitors and users of the website, and cares about the protection of their personal data. The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The aim of this Privacy and Cookie Statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Statement") is to inform you about how we may process your personal data, in particular about their categories, scope and purpose for which they are processed, about the source from which your personal data are obtained and about the persons to whom your personal data is transferred. You will also find information about your rights in connection with the processing of personal data.

By providing us with your personal data, you accept this statement and acknowledge that we may process your personal data in the manner and for the purposes set out below. If you do not agree with this statement, please do not provide us with your personal data.

The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement. You do not have a legal obligation to provide such personal data, the provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. Without providing personal data, however, we will not be able to process your order, the contract between you and CLIMBING ARCHITECTS cannot be concluded or performed, nor can the required services be performed (at all or in the required quality). If we require your consent to process your personal data, you are entitled to refuse to provide your consent or withdraw your consent at any time without any negative impact on your relationship with us.

Retention of your personal data

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of its processing. If your personal data is used simultaneously for several different processing purposes, we will process it until the longer processing purpose ceases. However, for purposes with shorter processing times, we will stop using them as soon as this period has elapsed.

We use the following criteria to determine the processing time of your personal data:

  1. for the purpose of performance of the contract, your personal data will be processed until the termination of obligations under the relevant contract concluded with CLIMBING ARCHITECTS;
  2. for the purpose of complying with our legal obligations under generally binding legal regulations, we process your personal data only for the duration of the relevant legal obligation of CLIMBING ARCHITECTS;
  3. for the purpose of the legitimate interests of CLIMBING ARCHITECTS, your personal data will be processed for the duration of the respective protected interest of CLIMBING ARCHITECTS. In order to protect our rights, we will, for example, process your personal data even after the termination of obligations under the concluded contract, specifically until the end of the 5th calendar year after such termination of the obligation. However, in the event of initiation and duration of judicial, administrative or other proceedings in which our rights or obligations towards you are resolved, the processing will not end before the termination of such proceedings;
  4. we process your personal data for marketing purposes until you express your objection to such processing;
  5. We will process personal data processed on the basis of your consent until you withdraw your consent (unless we specify a shorter processing time when obtaining your consent)

Transfer of personal data. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

We will transfer your personal data to public authorities, to which we are obliged to transfer the personal data of our customers under generally binding legal regulations. These recipients will process your personal data independently of us as independent controllers. We will further pass on your personal data to our processors with whom we have concluded a personal data processing agreement. Upon request, we will provide you with an up-to-date list of processors who process your personal data for us. Based on the legitimate interest of CLIMBING ARCHITECTS, we may transfer your personal data to other companies in the CLIMBING ARCHITECTS group, exclusively for internal administrative purposes. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with an up-to-date list of our group members with whom we share your personal data.

Your personal data that we obtain through our website will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Collection and processing of personal data of children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on our website.
